Injured or unwell children are kindly asked not to attend.
It is the responsibility of the event organiser to ensure adequate parking is available. We recommend the equivalent space of 4/5 cars. No refund will be given if suitable parking is not available on our arrival.
There is a seating area provided to accommodate the birthday child’s parents and we ask that a maximum of only 2 adults remain on the bus throughout the event.
A supervising adult is required to be present at all times.
We do not have a toilet on board so toilet facilities are the responsibility of the event organiser.
We will require access to a 240v socket or we can provide a generator at a hire charge.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to attend your event due to adverse weather conditions or mechanical breakdown then a mutually convenient alternative date will be offered – we do not operate a refund policy in these extreme circumstances.
